ENISA is looking for innovative products and new economic opportunities typically in the tech, green tech, biotech and other fields that are generally scalable, for the Spanish side. This path is not likely to be approved if there’s no innovation in your business, like a café, restaurant or franchise.
Under the visa, there is no minimum investment amount in Spain. It’s not an amount that you need to come up with, it’s your approved business plan that you have to show!
An unfavourable ENISA report does not mean that it is final. Typically, some changes to the business plan can be made to address the concerns and the business plan can be resubmitted or appealed directly.
Depends on type of business. The course is designed for getting your business up and running or growing your business to be a truly innovative business. In the case of acquisitions, the business or project needs to strongly offer an innovative and/or growth aspect.
The Entrepreneur Visa is not required; although it will be an advantage to be somewhat fluent in Spanish in order to conduct business in a proper way, it will be an advantage to be capable to speak some Spanish to be able to become a part of Spanish society eventually.
