Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Ubicor Capital, we value transparency and customer trust. We strive to deliver exceptional services, and we have established clear guidelines for refunds and cancellations to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Protection of Personal Information
Ubicor Capital is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of client information. We take reasonable measures to protect personal data from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. Personal information may be used and disclosed for the following purposes:
Conducting our business
Providing and marketing our services
Communicating with clients
Complying with legal obligations
Enhancing and improving our services
Refunds and Service Withdrawal
Refunds will not be issued for early withdrawal of services.
Refund percentages apply only to the full service fee paid, provided the fee is paid in full without outstanding balances.
Immigration processes often depend on future policy changes, and registrations are accepted in advance to meet eligibility criteria. If a client’s profile becomes ineligible due to such changes, the client may opt to transfer their case to other opportunities.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Clients must submit a valid rejection letter or proof of rejection from immigration authorities.
Refunds are calculated on consultation fees only; taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days after submitting a completed refund claim form along with supporting documents.
Delays caused by third-party services are not the responsibility of Ubicor Capital.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Failure to attend scheduled interviews
Non-compliance with embassy or consulate requirements
Failure to provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate
Insufficient funds for settlement
Previous immigration law violations
Late submission of requested documents
Failure to achieve required test scores for eligibility
Abandonment of the case for more than three months
Non-compliance with the specified language proficiency requirements, if applicable.
Failure to submit additional documentation requested by immigration authorities within the stipulated timeframe.
Submission of falsified or fabricated documents will result in immediate disqualification.
Voluntary withdrawal of the application will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Additional Clauses
Fees paid to third parties such as assessing bodies, immigration authorities, or consulates are non-refundable and are the client’s responsibility.
Clients must ensure all necessary documentation is submitted promptly. Failure to do so may result in service delays or forfeiture of refunds.
Ubicor Capital reserves the right to terminate services without a refund under circumstances such as non-cooperation or attempts to damage the company’s reputation.
Payment Disputes
Chargebacks will not be entertained. Clients are required to honor their payment commitments as per the signed agreement.
Any disputes regarding payments will be handled as per the terms of the Service Level Agreement and applicable laws.
Important Considerations
Immigration outcomes are subject to the discretion of the respective authorities. Ubicor Capital does not guarantee approvals or favorable results.
Clients must notify Ubicor Capital of any changes to personal information or circumstances during the process.
Refund requests for cases rejected due to cap limits or external policy changes will not be entertained.
Governing Law and Jurisdictionx
All agreements with Ubicor Capital are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
